Twist Shackle Screw Pin Stainless Steel

The Screw Pin Twist Release Shackle is forged to create a 90-degree twist so that the two attachment points are perpendicular and do not need to be torqued.

The twist is designed for applications where the hook point is perpendicular to the shackle.

The 90 degree twist allows the shackle to be attached from the side instead of the front of the shackle.

The screw pin can be completely removed from the body of the shackle.

It is best suited for temporary applications, or applications requiring repetitive and/or quick connections and disconnections.

Threaded shackle pin with key hole for tightening/loosening.

Forged from Type 316 stainless steel, which contains molybdenum for greater resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in highly chlorinated environments such as the sea.
