Our comprehensive lineup includes Round Slings with protective polyester sleeves for superior abrasion resistance, Flat Webbing Slings (Duplex Type) for flexibility with delicate or finished equipment, Eye-to-Eye Polyester Round Slings for straightforward connection, and Endless Flat Webbing Slings for continuous loop applications.

How To Carry Out The Correct Lifting Of The Lifting Sling?

Personnel

Always entrust the lifting of the lifting sling to competent, trained and experienced personnel.

Load Force

The force of the load on the lifting sling should be evenly distributed and the lifting sling should be positioned so that the power drop is directly above the centre of gravity, so that the load remains balanced and stable. Please take care not to allow the labels on the lifting sling to come into contact with the load to protect it from damage.

Top Angle

If using multiple lifting slings, observe the top angle indicated in the multiple sling form. Use suitable metal buckles, shackles or rings to tie the lifting sling together.

Retention

Before lifting, always check that the load is well secured, and then slowly lift it to test the retention.

What Not To Do When Using A Lifting Sling?

Move Slowly

Please move the load slowly, avoid any sudden weighting of the load or sudden movement of the load and avoid any shocks.


Interfere

Please do not interfere with the lifting sling in any technical way, such as heating, grinding, welding, etc.

Do Not Drag

Never drag the load in the lifting sling and do not leave the sling on the ground to avoid jamming the sling.


Do Not Stand Under the Lifted Load

Please make sure not to stand under the lifted load and always be supervised. Avoid huge casualties and property damage.


Do Not Use The Knot Sling

Please do not twist the lifting sling and do not use it for loading if you find a knot in the sling.
