Swivel Forerunner Grade U2 & 3 Anchor Chain Accessories LG RIGGING®

Swivel Forerunner Grade U2 & U3, also known as anchor swivel forerunner, is produced to ISO 1704 standards, it's Anchor Chain accessories, consists of an End Link, two Enlarged Links, a Swivel Shackle, and a Common Link. This standardized assembly provides critical rotation between anchor chains and end shackles.

As the prevailing swivel connector in modern maritime applications, the 3/4-link Swivel Forerunner features optimized engineering for connecting stud link chains to anchors. Key design characteristics include:

- Anchor-side opening for D-shackle connection

- Chain-side common link compatible with Kenter shackles

- Torsion-resistant performance during anchor handling operations

Certified for Grade U2 & U3 anchor chains, our Swivel Forerunners deliver cost-effective safety for:

- Anchor deployment/retrieval systems

- Anti-twist chain configurations

- Mooring equipment integration
