How to Care for Grade 80 Products?

Firstly

Before storing Grade 80 products for a long period of time, apply a light coating of oil to the surface of the product to keep the air out and prevent rusting.

Nextly

Store the Grade 80 in a clean and dry place.

Lastly

Do not heat treat the Grade 80 product as this will affect the tensile strength of the product.

How to Select Grade 80 Product?

Weight and Structure

Determine the weight and structure of the load you are lifting, then use this information to determine the required Grade 80 product specification and WLL

The WLL

The WLL, full working load limit or sometimes safe working load, is the maximum weight the product should carry when in use. This figure is based on ideal conditions of use and may not be correct if you are using the equipment under abnormal conditions, such as extremely high temperatures, extremely low temperatures, exposure to chemical solutions, salt water, etc.

Angle

In addition to the working load limit, the angle of the actual load should also be considered, as the WLL will be affected by the angle of the load.
