Overview

LGRIG® C Clamp Cast Steel, also known as G clamp.

The thickened C clamp adopts ductile iron casting process, thickened clamp body, compressive and fatigue resistant, and the clamping object is not easy to deform. The screw is made of carbon steel forging process, which has large bearing capacity, large clamping force, and durability.

The surface of these small c clamp is treated with powder coated, which has good anti-rust performance.

Movable clamping head, effectively maintain the balance of clamping surface.

Hardened and thickened screw, using trapezoidal screw, overall blackened heat treatment, quenched and forged, high hardness, wear resistance, flexible in and out (1″, 2″ because of the thinner screw, using ordinary triangular thread screw).

Flat flange nut, #45 precision forged clamping flange cap, wear-resistant and heavy-bearing.

Reliable clamping: suitable for clamping workpieces of various shapes, the clamping is firmer and more reliable.
