LGRIG® Grade80 Clevis Shortening Clutch Locking Clutch, also known as Clevis Clutch with Safety Pin, Clevis Locking Shortening Clutch, Clevis Shortening Clutch with Safety Pin, Shortening Clutch Clevis Type Safety Pin.

The Grade 8 Clevis Shortening Clutch with Locking Pin provides essential chain sling adjustment for heavy-duty lifting, enabling secure length reduction while maintaining a straight load path—eliminating instability risks inherent in hook-type alternatives.

G80 Shortening Clutch with Lock, manufactured from quenched and tempered alloy steel (Grade 10/G80 equivalent), its clevis design with safety pin ensures positive chain engagement and prevents accidental disconnection.

Grade 8 Clevis Clutch, Compliant with EN 1677-1 standards, this clutch delivers enhanced capacity (+25% vs. standard grade) across chain diameters of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 13mm (up to 16mm available), with working load limits ranging from 1.12 to 8 tonnes. it guarantees reliable performance through 4:1 safety factor certification, and blue finish for visible compliance marking. Exclusive use with Grade 80 chain components is required to maintain rated integrity.
