Manual of Cordless Hot Knife Rope Cutter LGKF150 LG RIGGING®

Blade Installation

1. Unscrew the nut or blade holder using the hexagonal spanner supplied.

2. Insert the two legs of the blade into each of the two knife holders, then tighten the nut to ensure that the blade and knife holders are in full contact. If the blade feet are not installed correctly, the blade will not heat up.

Cutting process

1. Place the blade on the cutter and press the trigger, preheat for a few seconds to cut, it is recommended to test on scrap first.

2. The temperature regulating wheel has stepless temperature control, the shorter the raised lace on the regulating wheel, the lower the output power.

3. It is better to keep the temperature and speed coordinated when cutting, if there is too much smoke, it may be because the cutting speed is too slow or the temperature of the blade is too high, which leads to irregular cutting path.

4. Release the switch when the cutting distance is 3-5cm.

5. Please clean the blade with a copper brush after cutting.

Caution

1. Be sure to use this tool in a ventilated environment.

2. Do not burn debris on the blade as this may cause the blade to bend.

3. Do not dry burn the blade, touch the cutting object before heating.

4. Do not touch the blade or place the hot blade next to clothing or flammable materials.

5. Please handle the blade after it has cooled down to avoid accidental injury.

6. Do not burn the blade red without cutting the material.

7. Excessive drop in output power will cause the blade to overheat and deform, and may also cause the holder to overheat and damage the knife.
