LGRIG® Grade 80 Eye Foundry Hook YD Type

LGRIG® Grade 80 Eye Foundry Hook YD Type, also known as Eye Type Foundry Hooks, Eye Style Foundry Hooks.

Eye Foundry Hook G80 are a special purpose hook with wide throat opening which makes them capable of fitting around many large objects that standard slings hooks simply cannot accommodate. Suitable for lifting purpose and foundry applications.
Before using this hook, check whether hooks without safety latches are allowed for your particular application.

The G80 Eye Foundry Hook delivers specialized heavy-load handling for foundries and steel mills, featuring a latch-free, wide-throat design that rapidly accommodates irregularly shaped loads like billets and castings. Forged from Grade 80 alloy steel with corrosion-resistant coating, its open configuration enables instant hook/release operations while maintaining overhead lifting compliance. The eye-style connection integrates seamlessly with chain, wire rope, or synthetic slings via coupling links, supporting working load limits across versatile industrial applications—from construction sites to material handling—with clear WLL markings and visual-inspection readiness for rigorous operational safety.
