LGRIG® Grade 80 Eye Shortening Grab Hook with Safety Pin, also known as Grade 80 eye grab hook with safety pin, Loc Pin Grab Hook.

Featuring a high-visibility signal blue finish for instant operational identification, this Grade 80 Eye Grab Hook with Safety Pin delivers European-certified performance as a chain shortener in sling assemblies.

Its forged steel construction incorporates a 4-fold safety cradle design that maintains full working load limit (WLL) without capacity reduction, while the integrated locking pin secures chains against slippage under load—ideal for shortening chain legs or back-hooking applications.

The eye-style attachment enables versatile connections beyond chains (e.g., slings, wire ropes), supported by reinforcing lugs that preserve WLL integrity.

Engineered for Grade 80 chains (7/8-13mm), it features corrosion-resistant coating for harsh industrial environments.

Each unit is batch-tested to EN1677 standards and permanently marked with chain sizes, batch numbers, and quality certifications to ensure traceability and compliance in critical lifting operations.
