LGRIG® Grade 80 Web Sling Connector Alloy Steel Forged

LGRIG® Grade 80 Web Sling Connector, also known as Web / Round Sling Coupling Link, Webbing Sling Connector, Webbing Connector, Web Coupling Links.

Webbing sling connectors are commonly used to connect webbing slings.

Hammerlock For Webbing Sling & Soft Round Sling, is forged by special alloy steel with high intensity and high toughness, and then it is heat treated;

G80 chain connector for webbing sling can be matched with sling and G80 chains which can meet the standard EN818-2;

we guarantee high quality and each workpiece is tested to 2.5 times its working load limit;

we carry out spot checks and 20,000 fatigue tests, and we subject each batch to rigorous spot and breakage testing; that we will carry out 100 per cent magnetic particle testing;

we carry out 100 per cent pin testing to ensure that they have the same hardness; The minimum ultimate load is 4 times the working ultimate load.

As for the surface treatment of Coupling link, we use powder coated yellow painted.
