LGRIG® R Pin DIN 11024 Form E Zinc Plated, also known as R Clips, Retaining Pins, Spring Cotter Pin, Hairpin Cotter.

DIN 11024 R-pins provide a secure, reusable fastening solution widely used in automotive, machinery, and construction applications.

These high-strength, corrosion-resistant pins, available in steel with zinc plating or stainless steel, feature a circular cross-section and an R-shaped profile that eliminates the need for bending or roving during installation.

Designed for easy insertion and removal, they securely retain components, such as axles, linkage pins, and trailer connections through a spring loaded action that prevents accidental disengagement.

Manufactured in accordance with DIN 11024, R pins are offered in SINGLE eye and DOUBLE eye versions, the latter providing enhanced elasticity and strength, and are supplied in diameters ranging from 1.4 to 8 mm to suit various industrial, agricultural, and equipment‑dismantling tasks.
