Steamboat Series Ratchet Binder w/ Pelican Hooks, 24″ Barrel – 1-3/8″ Screw Diam, also known as steamboat ratchet with pelican hooks.

Steamboat Series – Ratchet Binder w/ Pelican Hks – 24″ Barrel – 1-3/8″ Screw Diam, made from superior alloy steel, it’s very durable.

China LG Steamboat Series Ratchet Binder w/ Pelican Hooks had no castings as components, was 30% lighter and had fewer parts. And above all, it was much cheaper. And so it has remained to this day and nobody has improved upon it.

Steamboat ratchet with a pelican hook on each end is the Towing Industry’s standard portable ratchet.
