LGRIG® Arch Fenders DA Type

LGRIG® Arch Fenders DA Type are modified from the traditional V-shaped arch fender, offering high energy absorption and low reaction force with strong, hard-wearing construction and excellent shear performance across a large range of standard sizes.

Arch Fenders can be fitted with either UHMW-PE face pads or connected to a steel panel to reduce the friction factor, providing reliable performance with minimum potential issues even under severe environmental conditions.

Super Arch Rubber Fender features excellent geometrical efficiency, outstanding performance at a wide range of berthing angles, good shear resistance, and a wide range of rubber grades and compounds for various applications.

Arch Fenders are a simple yet rugged design utilized in a wide variety of ship berths, with customizable lengths up to 3.5m for a single piece and greater lengths formed by utilizing two adjacent fenders, plus options including UHMW PE frontal pads, integrated ladder rungs, and a range of anchor bolting options.

Super Arch Fenders were introduced to improve upon the performance of cylindrical fenders, offering a better energy to reaction force ratio and recommended for all types of applications, with a shape that helps dissipate stress evenly.

Arch Fenders are compression molded, very easy to install, and maintenance-free, generally preferred for small to medium range vessels. Super Arch Rubber Fender is installed on docks and structures to absorb collision energy between ship and dock during berthing, available in high reaction force type and standard reaction force type with a design compressive deflection of 50%.

This rubber fender features low reaction force and high energy absorption, with reasonable structure, long service life, firm installation, and easy replacement, making it a dependable choice for demanding marine environments.
