LGRIG® Wing Fenders, also known as Wing Shape Rubber Fenders.
LGRIG® Wing Fenders are an improved design derived from the original D-Fender, offering greater stability and maintaining high durability, commonly found on boats, marine assets, floating structures, and also used in the general framework of wharves.
Wing Type Rubber Fenders are a new type of rubber fender developed from the D-type fender, enlarging the fender bottom width to embed a steel frame plate inside and fix to the port structure with double-row bolts for stronger installation strength and longer service life.
Wing shape rubber fenders are a further developed design of D-shape fenders, often used as an alternative for ship walls, docks, and piers, placed in a profile that provides a bumper highly resistant to different forces.
Wing fenders can be easily installed and removed if necessary, with standard models featuring an O-shaped inner chamber, although solid versions without an inner chamber are also available.
LGRIG® Wing Fenders are normally installed between two steel points, a simple and solid design, and can be attached using two lines of screws or fixed with a special sealant, with mounting holes supplied as needed.
Wing Type Rubber Fenders can be vulcanized with a particular radius to ensure a proper fit around a ship's bow and stern, supplied in specified lengths with beveled ends.
These wing shape rubber fenders feature a highly durable and quality rubber compound with excellent absorption rates, good resistance against UV, ozone, and seawater, and are perfect for both interior and exterior applications, available pre-drilled, pre-curved, and chamfered for use on jetties, wharves, tugs, workboats, pontoons, inland waterways, and general-purpose fendering.
